  1. Nuestro propio negocio

Consolidated two conversion funnels into one.

    Qué hizo
An older intake page was still live, still linked from seventeen templates, and recorded none of its own traffic. It now redirects to the audit, so every enquiry lands in one place we can actually see.
    Qué salió mal
It had been running that way for a while. Anyone who filled it in during that period reached us, but we could not tell where they came from — which is exactly the reporting failure we tell customers not to accept.
  2. Nuestro propio negocio

Rebuilt the site around one promise and one conversion event, and published our prices.

    Qué hizo
The homepage now states what we automate, what it costs, and what you get, without a call. Every figure on it carries its source.
    Qué salió mal
Two numbers in an early draft were modelled rather than measured and were presented as fact. Both were cut, and the rule that replaced them is written into the copy files so it cannot quietly come back.
  3. Nuestro propio negocio

Pointed the whole guide library at the audit.

    Qué hizo
46 published guides had been sending readers to a retired offer. Their links and labels now go to the response-time audit.
    Qué salió mal
The body copy of those guides still names older product names in places. Changing indexed prose is a separate job and is not done yet.
  4. Nuestro propio negocio

Our own front desk line answers on the number published on this site.

    Qué hizo
Anyone can call it and push on it without booking anything or speaking to a person first. It is the same kind of system we build for customers.
    Qué salió mal
It answers as our front desk, which demonstrates the technology but not a working day in your business. Replacing that with something closer to a real operation is the current piece of work.
