Find out how long you actually take to answer.

Give us the inbox or number your customers really use. We'll send a normal-looking inquiry in, measure what happens to it, and send you one page with the real numbers — whether or not you ever hire us.

What we measure

Three numbers, from your own business.

Time to first response

From the moment an inquiry lands to the moment a person or a system actually replies to it.

What happens after hours

The 6:40pm inquiry, the Saturday one, the one that arrives over a holiday weekend.

Where it stalls

Which step holds the work, and for how long — the handoff, the approval, or the reply itself.

Why this is the number
Firms that reach a new lead within an hour are about 7× more likely to qualify it than firms that wait one hour longer.
Harvard Business Review, 2011 — study of 1.25M sales leads
74% of people now expect help to be available around the clock, and 88% expect faster replies than they did a year ago.
Zendesk CX Trends, 2026

Those are other people's numbers, on other people's businesses. The point of the audit is to replace them with yours.

The rule we hold ourselves to.

Every number on your page is one we measured, or one you gave us. Nothing is modelled and shown to you as a fact. Where we can't see something — whether you called that person back, whether they booked — the page says we can't see it, and tells you where to look.

What this costs you, and what we won't do.

The enquiry we send is real enough to be answered, which means a real person on your team will spend fifteen or twenty minutes on it before they find out it wasn't a customer. That's the price of measuring the thing properly, and you should know about it before you agree rather than afterwards.

  • Email, web form or a single phone call. Never a site visit, never an order, never anything that costs your team more than a reply.
  • One enquiry. We are not running a campaign against your inbox.
  • We tell you the address it came from when we send the results, so you can go back and see exactly what we did.
  • Results within five business days. If we can't do it in that window we'll say so rather than go quiet.

If you'd rather tell your team in advance, do — it changes what we measure, and we'd rather have your trust than a cleaner number.

What happens next
  1. 1

    You send the details

Takes about a minute. Nothing to install and nothing to connect.

  2. 2

    We measure, quietly

Within five business days, at ordinary hours and awkward ones. One inquiry, never a campaign.

  3. 3

    You get the page

Your three numbers, what we couldn't see, and the one step we'd fix first. Yours to keep.

Start the audit

A few details, then we go and measure.

The inbox, form, or number a real customer would use. If it's a phone, tell us where it rings after hours so we don't wake anyone up.

Optional — helps us find the right inbox.

A range is fine. Without it we can only give you hours, not dollars — and hours don't change anyone's mind.

  • No call to book
  • No obligation
  • You keep the numbers
